SPECIAL: Orthopedic Pre and Post-Op Coaching

From October 2020 - March 2021, I underwent four surgeries for a shattered ankle. The process was physically challenging of course, but challenged me mentally in a way I had never experienced before. What kept my head level was my support system and I want to offer guidance to anyone experiencing something similar. This support will offer:

  • Two personal coaching sessions to prepare you so you come in and out of surgery feeling strong and supported

  • Bi-weekly check-ins up to six weeks post-op

  • Tools, techniques, resources and recommendations so you feel in control of your own healing

  • Unlimited email support throughout your program (please allow for up to 24 hours for a response)
