I’m so happy that you are interested in learning more about personal coaching.
For me, personal coaching is about helping you—the client, the badass warrior—conquer all of your goals...and then some. I am here to guide you and cheer you on, and to also keep you accountable using my own positive and fun approach.
Through this relationship we will work together to:
1) Formulate a plan “with awareness,” which means that we will first figure out exactly what areas of your personal life you want to improve and why.
2) Set a goal or series of goals that will guide you towards these improvements.
3) We will harness your incredible strengths (trust me, you have many!) in order to keep you accountable to those goals.
My approach is authentic and simple. This allows you and me to create a clear, concise path towards the improvements that you wish to make in your personal life.
